What is the PMU?

The TB CAP program has now come to a close and has been replaced by the TB CARE I program, therefore this page in no longer being updated. To visit the TB CARE I pages please click here.

The Project Management Unit (PMU), situated within KNCV offices located in The Hague, The Netherlands, is responsible for overseeing program implementation and day-to-day management of all TB CAP projects. It facilitates project implementation by different Coalition partners and keeps all partners informed about progress made. While each coalition partner is responsible for the implementation of the projects assigned to that organization, it is the task of the PMU to facilitate the development, preparation and approval of the work plans, transfer of funds and monitor progress.

The PMU is accountable to KNCV as prime, who is in the end accountable to USAID. The PMU is the coalitions’ contact with USAID Washington and the CTO and the regional bureaus, as well as coordinating partner for regional work plans.
