This course provides an in-depth exploration of cutting-edge molecular biology techniques and their applications in genetic research and disease diagnosis. • This course introduces the computational methodologies used to support RNA interference (RNAi) research, with emphasis on siRNA design and evaluation. Bioinformatics tools are essential for identifying gene targets, selecting effective siRNA sequences, predicting off-target interactions, and integrating computational results into experimental workflows.
• The course presents practical and theoretical aspects of RNAi-related data analysis, focusing on sequence-based approaches and interpretation of predictive outputs.
