(S)-Trichostatin A S)-TSA) is a HDAC6-selective inhibitor with IC50s of 9.88 nM and 11.1 nM for Zebrafish HDAC6 and Human HDAC6, respectively. (S)-Trichostatin A weakly inhibits other human HDACs.
